| Job Description: |
- Provide exceptional client service to PORTIA customers by answering phone calls and emails immediately, and by providing regular feedback on client’s issues
- Take ownership of assigned client issues, follow through to conclusion, and keep all parties informed of the final resolution
- Provide timely and accurate information and resolutions to client inquiries .Ensure that the final resolution is satisfactory with the client
- Maintain accurate client data and background information, as well as case details in Vantive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
