Last October 16, Asia Select Inc. was recognized by Dell Philippines as the “Supplier of the Year,” besting seven (7) other executive search firms.

The award was given at the First Partners’ Recognition Night held at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza in Pasay City.

Dell Philippines gave away 10 plaques for the best external partners in different categories namely; logistics, talent acquisition, events management, architectural design, travel management, hotel services, auditing, and sales support.

For the Executive Search category, Asia Select was chosen “for having placed the most number of employees mostly in the top management level, and by understanding the needs and culture of the company.” Teri Vanoi, Dell’s HR Director added that “we reviewed the performance of all search firms and Asia Select stood out. We are very happy with the quality of people that they gave us.”

Dell has been Asia Select’s client since December 2006. Since then, the company has demonstrated exemplary performance in placing people in the organization namely: Regional Operations Director, Site Operations Director, Process Director, Communication Operations Director, Senior Communications Consultant, Lean Engineering Senior Consultant, Area Manager, Finance Senior Analyst, among others.
