| Qualifications: |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Beverage Services Management, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts or equivalent
- With extensive years of experience in the field of operations in catering services while occupying managerial positions
- Well oriented person with strong people, written and communication skills
- Knowledge with hiring, disciplinary, and developmental procedures
- Proficient in costing , budget and control system and procedures
- Knowledge in both local and international cuisine

| Job Description: |
- Plan, direct or coordinate, manage the daily catering operations to achieve Maximum output
- Planning new promotions and initiatives, and contributing to business development
- Keeping abreast of trends and developments in the catering industry such as menus, consumer tastes and management issues
- Monitor kitchen systems ensuring compliance and adherence to service and corporate standards
- Maintain financial control systems in line with budget allocation providing accurate and timely service
- Implement efficient system and procedures through total quality management, consistency through quality assurance
- Responsible for intraday and daily performance monitoring of entire staff on the operations
- Liaise with relevant departments, contractors, suppliers and unit managers regarding catering operations
- Responsible in overseeing the management of facilities, e.g. event bookings and allocation of resources/staff
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures

Graduate of Medical Technology from reputable school
