- Minimum 8-10 years with business experience in financial analysis, audit and accounting.
- Experience in multinational business environments is preferable
- Qualified Accountant
- Good people management and interpersonal skill
- Self motivated and wiling to work under pressure

| Job Description: |
- Lead a team of finance staff to oversee the finance and accounting function in the Philippines
- Support business planning and budget process; monitor and analyze the business performance, inventories, receivables and working capital
- Provide reliable and timely management information
- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting which comply to local and USGAAP
- Oversee the establishment of proper financial systems and controls
- Liaise with internal and external auditor
