| Qualifications: |
Preferably graduate of Engineering or Management with MBA or equivalent post graduate studies. A Subject matter expert in the Toyota Production System and Lean Cultural Transformation. Hands-on experience in implementing Lean/Six Sigma in a fulfillment, manufacturing line-management role or back office. Minimum of 10 years successful plant management or senior manufacturing management leadership experience. A Good Leader and Motivator

Facilitate the strategy development and governance process. Ability to effectively document processes and improvements for benchmarking for future transformation Proven skills in providing assistance in communicating and rolling out the change process. |
